DOMESTIC
The Domestic work undertaken concentrates on producing designs and drawings required for Planning Approval and Building Regs approval.
This involves meeting with the Client to determine the requirements for their new extension, or Loft Conversion, essentially taking a Brief for the Project. A survey of the Property is undertaken, the level of which is determined by the work required. From the Survey, Existing and Proposed drawings are produced. All work is undertaken in 3D, meaning that a model of the proposed is produced, allowing the Client to view the interior from various viewpoints.
During the design stage, communication is essential to ensure that the requirements of the Client are achieved. From the 3D model, photorealistic renderings can be produced to help communicate the final look.
The entire Planning and Building regs process is managed, and the Client kept up to speed at all times.
