The existing Loft Conversion was outdated and the construction resulted in this being a fairly cold space within the house. The Client required the 2nd Floor Space to be updated with larger Rear Dormers, allowing more usable space in the Rooms. A new Bathroom was also required on the 2nd Floor. As part of the work, and as required by Building Control, the Insulation of the roof was upgraded. A new Front Porch was also required, to create a better Entrance to the property.
