MDS CAD SERVICES

The Scheme is to construct a new 2 Storey Side Extension to the existing Semi-detached property. Built in the 1940s, the proposal is to construct an Extension which is a deliberate contrast to the existing design, with a view to using modern Construction methods, such as a highly insulated Timber Frame Second Storey, with Western Red Cedar External cladding.

This submission for Planing Approval has been produced in partnership with Howard Fry DIP ARCH RIBA, who produced the Design proposal, for modelling and detailing by MDS CAD Services.
