The Client needed to extend this 5 Bed Property due to an expanding Family. As such, additional space was created on the Ground Floor by adding a Large Single Storey Rear Extension. This allowed space for a dedicated Dining area as well as a larger Kitchen and Utility Area. The Front Main Entrance was also reconfigured, adding an Entrance Porch to create better circulation in this area. To allow for sufficient light into the new Extension, Lantern Lights were incorporated into the new Flat Roof.
