The existing 3rd Bedroom within this Victorian Property is a small Box Room, and the bathroom is located in the room above the existing Stairs from the Ground to First Floor. As a result, a portion of the Bathroom is occupied by the Boxing in for the Stair Headroom Clearance. This Draft proposal is to convert the existing Loft space into a large bedroom with Ensuite, and then relocate the existing Bathroom to the 2nd Floor Box room Bedroom, which is a larger space than the existing Bathroom. A new Entrance Porch is also proposed. As well as the drawings, Renders have been produced to aid the Client in visualising the space.
