The scope of works was to create an Office Space for Inspired Gaming, who, in the process of expanding their operation, required additional new Office Space.

The 1st Floor Office space located at 107 Station Street is part of the Grade II Listed former offices of what was the Allsops New Brewery, built in 1859-60.

Due to the Listed Building Status, the Design approach has been to maintain the original features as far as is possible, effectively building within the space with minimum impact on the Internal Victorian Architecture. This does however also fall into the overall ‘Industrial’ appearance required by the Client, Inspired Gaming.

Working closely with the Design Team at Office Principles, the Client, and the various Specialist Sub-contractors, Building Control and Fire Officer, below is a very small selection of the work produced.
