The existing property is a Non-Standard 'Wimpey No-fines' construction, to which the owner has had external insulation installed. The construction of the two story Side and Rear Extension was therefore designed as a modern interpretation of this, with new External Insulation installed, and rendered to match the existing. A full Planning application and Full Plans Building Regs Application were submitted, after various updates and design changes requested by the Client.
