The existing Detached property already had a self contained Lower Ground Floor Flat, and the new owners wished to incorporate this space into the Main House, as it was originally only accessible externally. The proposed work also includes relocating the Kitchen to the Lower Ground Floor space, once it had been opened up, and also reconfiguring the Ground Floor area.
